Our off-site shredding service involves us shredding the confidential material in our secure premises. We provide a guarantee for all material in our possession and destruction certificates are issued verifying that the confidential waste has been shred.

All our vehicles used for transporting material are fitted with secure locks and are alarmed. Our fleet consists of a number of vehicles of different sizes catering for all types of collections large or small.

For our regular collection service we tailor a servicing schedule to suit the customers requirements. This is offered for both on-site and off-site shredding services.

We provide a number of secure products in which customers can use to hold their confidential waste, such as secure consoles, secure bins and heavy duty woven sacks.

The Process

For On Site Shredding a member of our service team will arrive at your premises at a scheduled time and date. They will then collect the bags/bins and transport them to our paper shredding Unit for shredding. This process can be witnessed by any member of staff as it is performed at your doorstep. Once shredded the material is transported back to our facility and is then baled and exported for recycling.

We control the security shredding process entirely, from collection right through to destruction and onward to recycling.

For Off Site Shredding the process is largely the same the only difference is where the material is being shred.

Our service team member will arrive at your premises at a scheduled date and time. They will then collect the material for the paper shredding services.

They will replace full bags with empty ones, change the bags in the consoles or replace the bins as required.

They will then transport the material to our secure van, before leaving they will issue a docket for the collection. The material is then transported back to our secure facility to be shred on the same day.

We provide a guarantee for all material in our possession and we opertate to the highest of standards to provide exceptional service.

We provide a clear out service for customers who have small or large quantities of confidential waste to dispose of. From a couple of boxes or bags to a room full of documents we will provide paper shredding services to cater for your needs.

This service is ideal if you need to clear out storage areas, if you are relocating or just purging old data.
